US Asbestos Contracting was founded in Joliet, Illinois with a single mission: to give Northeast Illinois families and businesses a trustworthy, transparent, and technically excellent option for one of the most consequential decisions a property owner can make — handling asbestos.

Today, we are one of the largest licensed asbestos abatement contractors in Northeast Illinois, with over 3,000 completed projects, a perfect Illinois Department of Health licensing record, and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our Story

We started in a single truck working out of a Joliet garage, taking on residential popcorn ceiling jobs that larger contractors found too small to bother with. Our founder believed that homeowners deserved the same expert care and transparent pricing that Fortune 500 companies received — at prices regular Joliet families could actually afford.

That philosophy fueled our growth. Word spread through Joliet neighborhoods. Real estate agents began referring us. Property managers signed master service agreements.
